Salaam, I recently visited Makkah & Madinah for Ramadhan. Considering this Ramadhan has been recorded as the busiest on record in terms of Pilgrims visiting the holy lands, I was anxious about travel arrangements during our stay. Also, as will be the case for many pilgrims, reservations on the prices quoted by taxi drivers is a huge concern. Thankfully, I made contact with Tanveer to arrange a taxi from Makkah to the Haramain Train Station. From the outset, he was responsive and the booking was made easily. The price quoted was very transparent and fair. Tanveer arrived on time and showed the utmost empathy towards me and my family. After we reached Madinah, he contacted me once again to ensure we arrived safely. A very kind gesture indeed!. On our next visit to Makkah & Madinah, I will surely be using this companies services InshaAllah. Highly recommended.

I contacted Brother Tanveer for the first time to arrange a taxi from our hotel in Makkah to our hotel in Madinah on the 19th of Ramzan. We agreed on an affordable price for a small car, specifically a Camry. From the beginning, he was highly responsive, promptly replying to messages and answering calls. On the day of pickup, he couldn’t arrange a Camry, so he provided us with a bigger car at no extra cost, even though we didn’t require one. The driver arrived on time, and Brother Tanveer stayed in touch throughout the journey until we reached our destination. MashaAllah, the service was exceptional—comfortable and well-managed. The taxi driver was also polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend it!
