Our vehicles and drivers are based in Saudi Arabia and comply with local regulations and licensing requirements. We connect passengers with drivers but do not operate vehicles or employ the drivers.

2. Definitions

• "You," "Customer," "User": Refers to the individual or entity using our services.
• "Service": Refers to the transportation services provided by us.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book our services. By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

4. Services Provided

We provide transportation services for individuals and groups within Saudi Arabia, specifically catering to pilgrims for Umrah and other related travel needs. Our services include airport transfers, intercity travel, and custom transportation packages.

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, Umrah Cab Services, or authorized agents. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.].

Any changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, you will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a cancellation fee of [20% or amount].
• Company-Initiated Cancellations:
  • If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

7. Responsibilities and Liabilities

Our Responsibilities: Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and drivers are licensed and professional. Provide timely and efficient service.

Customer Responsibilities: Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time. Treat our vehicles and drivers with respect. Ensure all passengers have valid identification and travel documentation, if applicable.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or misuse, damage, or vandalize our vehicles.

9. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for :

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during transit.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of driver details or vehicle availability.

10. Insurance

All our vehicles are insured as per Saudi Arabian laws. Passengers are responsible for their personal travel insurance, if required.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom for administrative purposes and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for operational purposes. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
